He is a distinguished academic and former Vice-chancellor of Christ University. During his tenure as the Vice-chancellor of Christ University, Dr. Thomas C Mathew played a pivotal role in elevating the institution to new heights. Fr Thomas C Mathew was awarded the Rank of Honorary Colonel from the Ministry of Defence Government of India.

Is the former Vice-chancellor of Martin Luther Christian University, Shillong, Meghalaya. He was also the director of Caraka Academy of Life-long Learning, and Professor of Pediatrics at Kasturba Medical College, Manipal India.

Dr. G Raghuram is the Professor Emeritus at Chanakya University, Bangalore.  He was the former director of IIM Bangalore and former Dean of IIM Ahmedabad. He has more than forty years in teaching. He obtained his PhD in management from North-Western University.

He is the founder of 5E Serpraise and HR consultant focussing on corporate training, OD and Sr. level executive search, Bangalore. He was the visiting professor in IIM Bangalore and Alliance University. He was an  alumni of XLRI Jamshedpur. He was the former head of human resource at 3M India Ltd. He is an expert in leadership training, mentoring and coaching.

Lt. Col (Dr) Georgy Kurien is a professor of Operations Management and currently serves as the Personal Officer of Christ University. Till recently, he served as the Associate Dean at the School of  Business and Management, Christ University. He obtained his B.Tech from Kerala University , M. E. from the University of Pune, PhD. from the M S  University of Baroda , and PG in Business Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur. Dr. Georgy was awarded the President's Scout  Award by the president of India. He is a Haggai Institute international alumnus and faculty.

Dr. Anil Joseph Pinto is the University Registrar at Christ University, Bangalore since 2009. He is a professor of English and Translation and Cultural Studies. His areas of research include history of higher education, digital classroom and literature. Dr. Anil has delivered several talks and training programs on academic leadership. Dr. Anil holds a PhD in Translation studies from Gandhigram Rural Institute.

Dr Tony Sam George is an experienced Professor of psychology with a demonstrated history of working in the education management industry. Skilled in E-Learning, Social Services, Group Therapy, Student Counseling, and Family Therapy. Dr Tony holds a PhD on Group Psychotherapy from National Institute of Mental Health and Neuro Sciences.

Dr. Jyothi Kumar is presently Dean of Christ University, Bannerghatta Road Campus. She has a teaching experience of 23 years in areas of general management, Finance, Taxation and Strategic management.

John has worked in the services, IT & Manufacturing businesses and currently is the
VP - Learning & Development with Reliance Industries Limited  Mumbai since 13 years.

John's area of work has been framework of Engagement
& examples from real life as to what drives Engagement and why Managers and Leaders need to keep this as a top priority at work.

A Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD, USA) with over 20 years of
experience, of which 16 years have been in the area of training design, delivery &  measuring
effectiveness.

He mostly covers sessions on psychological safety. Having psychological safety leads to collaboration, positive learning experiences and
effective learning outcomes.

A seasoned and respected Global HR Leader and a PCC (Professionally Certified
Coach) through the International Coach Federation (ICF), Clifford has over three
decades of work experience across Leadership roles, multiple industries and
reputed brands, namely Infosys, Glenmark, Cadbury’s, Reliance Life Sciences
and Blue Dart Express. he was Vice President, HR Head – Asia Pacific, Europe,
Middle East, Africa & Global Head - Employee Relations, Infosys BPM.

He is presently consulting with Christ University, Bangalore as its
Executive Director and is Member of a couple of Governing and Advisory Boards,
Coaching and supporting individuals and organizations go beyond their horizon.
